Privacy policy

Controllers

Clément Loeuillet and Jules Reynaud, sole traders, are joint controllers of the processing described here. A request sent to hello@mokto.fr is handled for both. Their details are in the legal notice.

What we process

• Audience measurement, only if you click Accept: pages viewed, technical information (browser, device type) and the identifier set by Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Tools: Google Analytics 4 (G-92L76YT5SY) and Google Tag Manager (GTM-55NQN7XN).
• Booking: if you show the Google calendar and reserve a slot, the details you enter (usually your name, email and the time) are sent to Google and to Mokto. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (article 6(1)(b)).
• Messages sent to hello@mokto.fr: the message and your contact details, so we can reply. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interest in answering a request.
• Site security: Cloudflare may keep connection logs (IP address, date, requested resource) to run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

No measurement cookie is stored before you choose. Refuse is shown at the same level as Accept. Continuing to browse is not consent.

• Remembering the choice: an entry in the browser’s local storage (key mokto-consent), not a cookie. Duration: 6 months. It only stops us asking again. This storage is required to honour your choice.
• After Accept: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and Google Tag Manager. Duration up to 2 years, set by Google. Purpose: visit statistics. Advertising cookies stay off.
• Calendar: Google may store cookies when the widget is shown, either because you accepted or because you clicked Show the calendar.

Changing your choice

The Cookies link in the footer reopens the banner. Refusing after an earlier acceptance clears the measurement cookies the site can delete, then reloads the page so the tags stop. You can also block cookies in your browser.

Recipients and transfers

Audience measurement, the calendar and hosting are processed by Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc., which may transfer data outside the European Union, including to the United States. Google and Cloudflare participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

• Cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.
• Audience measurement: at most the lifetime of Google’s cookies, up to 2 years.
• Email and bookings: for the exchange and any legal duties, then deletion.
• Hosting logs: for as long as Cloudflare keeps them for security.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@mokto.fr.
